Students from Prairie View A&M have grown tired of legislation that makes it hard for them to vote. So, as anyone should, they’ve protested their situation in a creative way.
The county government decided to offer a poll at only one location in Waller Co. Texas. As a result, the student body marched en mass to the polling place – 7 miles away. Their plan is to tie up the two voting machines for the open to close in protest of the lack of polling places. Read the article – cool stuff – way to go students!
