Russia is supposed to be a democracy – from what I’ve been reading lately its more of an autocracy.
Our president speaks – too often at times – and we’ve had the joy of technology to record some of his most eloquent moments. Someone took the time to list the top 50 Bush quotes – I know that he has speech writers but he has a hard time speaking on his feet. The list is well worth it if you are a fan or a hater. Either way, its a good way to waste 5 minutes.
I wish I had something else but there is nothing else – damn, I am bored.
