He arrived a little early on the 22nd of August at 2234hrs. He was 6lbs 12oz and 20.5 inches tall.

On the 23rd of July I borrowed a truck and went to the lumberyard. Over the next 48 hours, with the help of my in-laws, we put in a wood fence that enclosed the back yard. She said it was probably the shortest amount of time that she’s ever spent in a doctors office. She heard the heartbeat for all of three seconds, he asked her for a few questions, and they sent her on her way. She needs [...] Presented in chronological order January 10 – 2011 Jessica called me this morning. The first words out of her mouth “I’m pregnant.” Woah! That is one hell of a way to start a morning. We talked for a bit and I assured her that I was excited. In fact, I’ve had a hard time not smiling all day long. I am so happy about this. It’s going to be a bumpy nine months but I can’t wait for it. She told her best friend, Cassy, the good news and is holding off on telling more people the news until she gets official word from the doc. Life as we know it is definitely going to be different.
