Wedding information

Our wedding is set for 17 July 2010 at the High Cedars Golf Club @ 4:30pm with a reception on site to follow. This is not a formal event but a fun, laid back, have a good time kind of wedding so make sure to bring your dancing shoes!

Hotel information

I did some calling and hotels will no longer block out rooms but Holiday Inn and the Best Western do give “wedding” rates of $149/night and $139/night respectively. There is another Best Western that is closer to our house but further away from everything else. On the upside you can save $30-50 a night if you can deal with a drive that is a little bit longer. Click the links for phone numbers and directions (thanks again Google) and simply ask for the wedding rate. These rates are very similar to the ones quoted on travel sites like Expedia so by all means shop around. There might be a better deal out there that they aren’t advertising.

The hotels listed are probably most convenient (travel wise) for those coming from out of town. They’ll put you close to the wedding venue but not too far away from our house.
